Charlotte and Nick will be assigning guests into houses or club rooms over the next few months and will reach out to each individual or couple to coordinate. Generally, we are hoping that Charlotte & Nick’s friends will stay at the hotel, which means that adults and family members will stay in the houses. Please let us know if you have specific requests in terms of other guests you would like to share accommodations with. We will be in touch!
HOUSE RENTALS
We will be reaching out to coordinate houses for guests once we have an understanding of which houses we will be choosing from to allocate for the wedding weekend.
*Note that house per night prices vary but do include daily breakfast & lunch. Typically guests will have breakfast at their respective houses and lunch at the club. Each house varies a bit in pricing but all include a full staff who are available to provide meal services and housekeeping. Transportation may or may not be included depending on the house you are allocated - we can arrange golf cart or car rentals through the club if desired. Applicable services charges and taxes will apply to the houses as well.
We will be sharing a map of houses and assignments closer to the wedding date - stay tuned!
Detailed pricing for houses will be shared with each guest individually once house selection confirmed.
CLUB HOTEL ROOMS & SUITES
There are 42 rooms available at the club; there are a variety of room types including regular rooms and suites. On average, the price of the room will be ~$720 per night. The cost of the room includes the following:
Includes: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, non-motorized sporting activities (golf, tennis, croquet, sailing, kayaks/wind surfers / paddle board and marina shuttle) and a fully equipped fitness centre
What is not included: dinners (outside of the hosted celebrations), alcoholic beverages (outside of hosted celebrations), golf cart and other equipment rentals, motorized watersports, newspapers, dry cleaning / laundry, and a one-time medical surcharge of $25.00 pp
*Rates are quoted in US dollars based on double occupancy and are subject to 15% service charge and 17% Government tax. Rates are subject to change.
**For a third person sharing a room, an additional rate of $265.00 plus 15% service charge and 17% Government tax per night will be added to the double occupancy rate mentioned above.
***A Tourism Guest Levy of $5.20 per person, per night is applicable.
Accommodation must be reserved for a minimum of three (3 nights) to include May 1, 2 & 3, 2025. Also, the above wedding rate will be extended to guests wishing to arrive on April 29 or 30 or stay for the night of May 4.
A member of the MRC staff will be emailing you to confirm your accommodations, # of nights, as well as flight information.
