Payment Terms

To confirm a reservation, the full total for the stay will be required at the time of booking and can be charged to any major credit card.

Cancellation Policy

A confirmed reservation may be cancelled by notifying the Reservations Department.

Cancellations received after the booking has been confirmed, will be in full penalty of the deposit received.

Mill Reef always recommends trip insurance in the hope of avoiding any penalties listed above.
