How do I get to Mill Reef Club from the airport?

MRC will be arranging transportation for guests arriving at the airport coming to the hotel or houses. Please make sure to share your arrival and departure flights with the club so that they can plan accordingly. The taxi will be charged to your room / house.

Will I need a car during my stay?

If you are staying at the hotel you will not need transportation for anything as all events will be happening there. If you are in a house and would like to arrange transportation so that you have golf carts to get you to and from the main club that can be arranged. Note that we would prefer guests not to drive to the night time events and will be arranging shuttles instead.

How long should I plan to book my stay for?

MRC has a three night minimum, and we have wedding events starting Thursday through Saturday so would love to see everyone starting on 5/1! As mentioned, the club will be open starting Tuesday, April 29th, and will close Monday, May 5th if you wish to extend your stay. We will be there for the duration of that week and would love if people wanted to stick around!

How do I book my accommodation?

We will be allocating guests to rooms or houses. You will receive an email from MRC a couple of months before the wedding with your room assignment. They will ask you to send them information including how many nights you’d like to stay (you can arrive as early as 4/29 and leave as late as 5/5), payment information, and flight information.

What’s the dress code for the weekend?

Thursday night: men should plan to wear jackets as we’ll be having drinks in the main bar of the club, women can wear short or long dresses

Friday night: smart casual - men can feel free to ditch the jacket and can wear short or long sleeves - shorts are ok too! ladies can wear short or long dresses, block heels or sandals as we’ll be on the beach for a portion of the evening.

Saturday: Island Formal - men should wear suit and ties and women should be in midi or long dresses. Note the ceremony will be on grass so block heels or wedges might be the best option!

Can children attend?

As much as we love kids, the venue isn’t really set up for little ones, so we’ve made the decision to keep the events adults-only. If you absolutely need to bring your kids, please let us know, and we’ll help make arrangements, including sharing details on babysitting services available nearby.

Can I swim at night?

The club has a strict no-swimming at night policy. Please do not go in the water after dark for your own safety.

Anything else I should know?
